So much so that I was too busy slathering as much of it as possible on my chicken schnitzel sandwich from Schnitzels & Things to take a photo. Luckily, I eat one every Monday, as that’s when their truck comes near my office.

But seriously. I love it so much that I insured it made it into Nymag’s Approval Matrix. My reward was six sides of sriracha mayo to split with my schnitzel-truck-loving pal today.
